| | As a mom of two, I bake cakes, cookies, macarons and pretty much any treat you can think of out of my residential kitchen located in Plymouth, Massachusetts.
Baking has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Food is my passion, and even while obtaining my B.A. degree I couldn't let my love for all things sweet subside. I've spent the past 10+ years working in the Food & Hospitality industry in a multitude of positions from Manager, to Bread Baker, and even Lead Line Cook just to name a few. With countless cakes and pastries made for family and friends celebrations, what was once a sweet hobby has grown into Cape Batter Bakeshop & Cakery! I strive to give every customer the best sweet experience, whether you're celebrating a milestone or just need to satisfy that must have craving. I specialize in custom celebration cakes for all occasions, custom decorated cookies and the classic french macarons. As a small batch kitchen, each order is hand crafted showcasing an array of techniques while using the freshest of ingredients. Even more important, I ensure that each product is properly prepared to industry standards following Food & Human Safety best practices while maintaining all necessary certifications. I take pride in being able to be a part of so many special events and make it my mission to ensure quality flavor before anything else.
