It was truly an honor to be part of a remarkable evening at the Childcare Council of Dutchess and Putnam County in New York as we gathered to celebrate and honor the outstanding contributions of Nicole Ferris of Creative Kids/Cadence Dutchess County and Ashley Martin of Creative Kids/Cadence Putnam County. Last night, with over 400 nominations, Nicole and Ashley shined brightly as they were rightfully recognized as Directors of the Year for their respective counties. Their testament to their unwavering dedication and commitment to their communities did not go unnoticed. With enrollment rates surpassing 100% in each of their schools, it is evident that they have poured their hearts and souls into nurturing and fostering an environment for every child under their care.
