Kwarta, an accomplished professional with more than 25 years of experience in senior roles at several leading financial institutions in New England, will serve as treasurer and chief of the finance committee during his tenure on the FORWARD Board of Directors. Created in memory of the beloved Hot Shots coach, the Amanda O’Connell Scholarship provides scholarships to families in financial need who otherwise would not be able to afford to send their child to Hot Shots.
